Bridgestone EMEA is seeking a motivated individual for an on-site role in Roma. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting indoor tests, preparing tire assemblies, and performing data analysis.

Candidates must hold a high school technical diploma, have a keen interest in automotive testing, and possess basic technical skills. The salary range for this position is between €30,240.59 and €38,500, which reflects responsibilities and market benchmarks.

Competenze

Job Purpose

Your tasks will range from test, bench and equipment preparation, to test execution according to procedures, and finally data analysis/report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Indoor test implementation: Ensure test execution according to schedule, safety rules and quality standard.
• Tire assembly preparation and machine set up according to test purpose.
• Data analysis and reporting using IT dedicated tools.
• Report and share problems or issues.
• Safety improvements: Contribute to testing growth by taking charge of assigned activities aimed to improve safety, following supervisor indications.
• Quality improvements: Contribute to testing growth by taking charge of assigned activities aimed to improve quality, following supervisor indications.
• Operational excellence improvements and 3S: Contribute to testing growth by taking charge of assigned activities for operational excellence, following supervisor indications; ensure handling of company tools in respect with safety, cleanliness and order.
• Support shift leader and team in quality monitoring, test methods upgrade, machine first level troubleshooting, and cooperate in CFT with other testing functions for testing projects implementation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: High school technical diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in testing/experimental context is very welcome.
• Technical skills: Understanding of elementary physics (concepts such as force, moments, mass, velocity, accelerations, pressure, temperature, heat); basic knowledge of measurements (accuracy, repeatability, reproducibility, equipment, transducers, statistics) is a plus; basic MS Excel skills.
• Language skill: Basic English knowledge is a plus.
• Soft/Behavioral skills: Attitude for manual operations (mounting, fitting, bolting, etc.), passion for automotive and testing, methodic attitude, attitude to work in shift, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills and flexibility, excellent safety mind and quality driven attitude, strong attention to details and technical aspects, proactive attitude, problem solving skills, willing to learn.

Salary

Salary range: €30240.59 - €38500 (based on gender-neutral criteria: applicable CCNL requirements, responsibilities, working conditions and market benchmarks for the role and location. Final compensation will be determined based on gender-neutral criteria: experience, skills, and internal equity.)
