Bridgestone EMEA in Vimercate (MB), Italy, is seeking a Regional Business Controller to act as a strategic advisor for the Replacement Segments. The role drives planning, financial analysis, and operational excellence while partnering across functions to enable profitable growth in the region.
The position reports to the Finance Team and requires 5+ years in senior finance roles, strong analytical and modelling skills, and fluency in English. Hybrid work model offered.

The Regional Business Controller is a strategic advisor and decision-support expert for the Replacement Segments. As a key member of the Finance Team, you will drive planning, financial analysis, and operational excellence while partnering across functions to enable profitable growth and continuous improvement across the region.
Education: University degree required. Preferred: Accounting & Controlling, Business Administration, Engineering.
Experience (years): Minimum 5 years in senior finance business controlling roles, ideally within a multinational environment. Ability to work within a matrix organization.
Technical Skills: Strong financial, business, and consumer acumen. Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills. Proficiency with large datasets and complex systems. Ability to deliver high-quality outputs under time pressure.
Language Skills: English required.
Soft/Behavioral Skills: Strong team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. Customer-focused, proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented. High level of accuracy, precision, and attention to detail. Self-starter with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
The salary range is based on gender-neutral criteria: applicable CCNL requirements, responsibilities, working conditions and market benchmarks for the role and location. Final compensation will be determined based on gender-neutral criteria: experience, skills, and internal equity.
Salary Range: € 33.872 - 60.000
