You will shape test strategies for high‑voltage analog and mixed‑signal ICs, oversee ATE load boards, probe cards, and test programs, and drive DFT methodologies early in the product lifecycle.

Top candidates have 8+ years in semiconductor test, hands-on hardware design, and experience with automotive qualification standards (AEC‑Q100, ISO 26262).

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years in semiconductor Test Engineering.
• Experience leading engineers or teams.
• Deep expertise in ATE test program development and hardware design.
• Familiarity with automotive qualification standards (AEC-Q100, ISO 26262).
• Scripting in Python/C++ for data analysis and test automation.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Test Development and Product Validation engineers.
