Advantest in Vimercate, Lombardy, Italy, seeks an Application Engineer to join a European customer-facing team for V93000 based test solutions. This full-time, on-site role focuses on integrating systems, delivering tests and trainings, and transferring designs into high-volume production.

You will work with Digital, Power, Analog and Automotive test areas, while developing HW like load boards and probe cards, under tight timelines and travel requirements.

Competenze

• University degree in Electronic Engineering.
• 2-3 years' relevant semiconductor test experience.
• Proven experience with Digital, Power, Analog and Automotive test development.
• Familiarity with C, C++, scripting; Java knowledge welcomed.
• Good communication and presentation skills for customer-facing activities.

Mansioni

• Integrate V93000 semiconductor test systems into customer environments.
• Ensure products function per specifications.
• Develop, debug and optimize test solutions for Digital, Power, Analog, Automotive apps.
• Develop test hardware such as load boards and probe cards.
• Support transfer from design to high-volume manufacturing.
• Consult with customer test engineers during development and debugging.
• Deliver customer trainings or workshops.
• Demonstrate expertise in test program quality metrics (Endurance, Burn-in, GR&R, CP, CPK).
