Allegro MicroSystems in Milan seeks a Manager of Test Engineering to lead a team of Test Development and Product Validation Engineers, owning test strategy, execution, and silicon validation from design through RTP. You will ensure quality, reliability, and manufacturability of HV semiconductor products.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in semiconductor Test Engineering, with leadership experience and strong ATE expertise.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years in semiconductor Test Engineering (analog, mixed-signal or high-voltage power IC testing).
• Experience in lead/supervisory roles.
• Deep expertise in ATE test program development, debugging, and hardware design (schematics, PCB layout for test boards).
• Strong understanding of high-voltage testing challenges, isolation barriers, partial discharge, and transient measurements.
• Familiarity with automotive qualification standards (AEC-Q100, ISO 26262/ASIL) and PFMEA/APQP.
• Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, C/C++) for data analysis and test automation.]
