Job summary

Mundipharma in Italy is seeking a Key Account Manager for the Anti-Infectives portfolio across Lombardia, Veneto and Trentino-Alto Adige. You will develop strategic account plans, manage hospital and regional stakeholders, and drive access and commercial growth while ensuring compliance.

This role reports to the National Sales & Key Account Management Lead and offers regional ownership, cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing and Commercial Excellence,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
Fluent Italian with good English.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within Italy.
Proven KAM experience in pharma or life sciences.
Experience with Anti-Infectives, hospitals, or regional healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

Strategic account management across assigned healthcare accounts.
Territory planning, execution, and resource allocation.
Market access support and brand positioning within regional formularies.
Competitive intelligence and actionable market insights for internal stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with Farmaindustria code and company policies.
