• Inglese scritto e parlato; madrelingua italiana per documenti e quadro normativo.

• Monitorare opportunità di tender pubbliche e private per mercati assegnati.
• Gestire l'intero workflow di tender dall'analisi preliminare all'invio.
• Coordinare team interfunzionali per documentazione tecnica, dati commerciali e compliance.
• Redigere e assemblare documentazione di offerta conforme alle norme legali e procurement.

At Rehasense, we are seeking a detail-oriented, driven Tenders Specialist to join our team in Regiolo. In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end tender process for public and private healthcare sector procurement, playing a vital part in securing major commercial contracts and driving business expansion.

Your Tasks

• Monitor, identify, and analyze public and private tender opportunities across assigned markets.
• Manage the end-to-end tender application process: from initial administrative review to final submission.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance) to collect required documentation, technical specifications, and commercial data.
• Prepare, draft, and assemble comprehensive, high-quality bid documentation in compliance with legal and procurement guidelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to submission deadlines, formal tender rules, and ISO/MDR regulatory standards.
• Track the status of submitted bids, maintain the internal tender database/CRM, and analyze success rates and market pricing strategies.
• Maintain relationships with external tender platforms, public authorities, and institutional partners.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Tenders Specialist, Bid Manager, or Procurement/Contract Specialist (healthcare, medical devices, or mobility industry experience is highly advantageous).
• Strong understanding of public procurement laws, legal tender procedures, and official bid documentation standards.
• Native or fluent Italian is required for managing local documentation and legal frameworks, alongside proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage strict deadlines under pressure.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and CRM system management.
• Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination skills.
