Job summary

Fendi Italia Srl is seeking an HR Cost Controller (maternity leave) to support Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations in monitoring personnel costs and producing workforce reports in an international luxury environment.

The role involves data collection, validation, and analysis across systems, budget vs. actuals, and governance of HR data, with exposure to HR analytics and planning. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or final-year student in Economics, Business Administration, HR, Statistics, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR, Controlling, Finance, Data Analysis or similar areas.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, data analysis).
• Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, SuccessFactors or other HR systems would be a plus.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and consolidation of monthly HR reports on headcount, personnel costs and workforce trends.
• Collect, validate and analyze HR data from different sources and systems.
• Monitor budget versus actual personnel costs and support variance analysis activities.
• Support workforce planning activities by updating organizational and headcount data.
• Assist in collecting information related to hiring plans, organizational changes and employee movements.
• Perform data quality checks and support HR data governance activities.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of information across HR systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to HR reporting and analytics.
