Job summary

Leonardo S.p.A. through Telespazio Space Division in Rome seeks a Verification and Validation Test Engineer to lead IVV test campaigns for Satellite Ground Segment systems, working in a hybrid setup.

You will define test scenarios, prepare plans, execute procedures, analyze results, and support the Technical Manager in IVV duties, requiring a Master’s in Aerospace or CS and at least 3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, CS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in IVV/IVV testing.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux.
• Experience with virtualization and container platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to scheduling, preparation and execution of IVV campaigns.
• Define test scenarios and IVV plans and procedures.
• Participate in test procedure execution and TRR/TRB meetings.
• Prepare test execution reports and analyze anomalies.
• Support the Technical Manager in IVV duties.
