Hitachi Rail è alla ricerca di un Materials Management Technician da Milano per operare in un ambiente dinamico, fornire input di supply chain e contribuire alla definizione del piano di progetto integrato. La posizione richiede esperienza nel settore e abilità di pianificazione logistica.

La retribuzione annua lorda offerta va da 33.000 € a 38.000 €, con CCNL industria metalmeccanica privata. Si valuta English B2 e capacità di lavorare in team interdisciplinari a contatto con diversi comparti

Competenze

• Esperienza 1–2 anni in Supply Chain.
• Gestione progetti e catena di fornitura richieste.
• Conoscenze di pianificazione e controllo dei costi.

Mansioni

• Emissione e forecasting dei costi esterni per tender complessi.
• Pianificare e prevedere costi esterni durante l’esecuzione del progetto in collaborazione con l’ufficio controllo costi.
• Fornire input di supply chain per definire e rilasciare il piano di progetto integrato.
• Coordinare pianificazione e attività logistiche tra entità legali coinvolte nel progetto.
• Gestire attività di lancio produzione e ordini d’acquisto in linea con la pianificazione.
• Assicurare l’emissione di richieste d’acquisto per materiali e servizi esterni.

Hitachi Rail is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Materials Management Technician who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable performing a wide range of tasks, from administration to strategy. The position is based in Milano, Italy.

Accountabilities

• Ensure the issuance of an estimate of total external costs for highly complex tenders.
• Plan and forecast external costs (materials, services, packages, subcontractors) during the project execution phase in collaboration with the cost control office.
• Provide all supply chain inputs necessary to define and issue the integrated project plan.
• Issue and distribute planning and logistics documents (Logistics Plan, MPS, Inventory Report, etc.) to project teams.
• Coordinate all planning and logistics activities between legal entities involved in the project to ensure delivery of project materials (including spare parts and repair of failed materials) in line with project requirements.
• Manage production launch activities (transfer orders, purchase orders, advance demand, etc.) in line with project planning.
• Issue purchase requests for all materials, external services, packages, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure issuance of supplier logistics and supply planning documentation in line with contractual requirements (Performance Guarantee, Transport Plan, Procurement Plan, Manufacturing Plan, etc.).
• Monitor and report supplier performance (including logistics suppliers) in terms of production, FAT, delivery times, shipping, warehouse management, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Identify and implement mitigation actions in case of risks or misalignments with supplier performance (e.g. delays in FAT or deliveries).

Alla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello B1, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.

Proponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 33.000 € e 38.000 €.
