Hitachi Rail cerca una figura di Materials Management Technician per Milano. La risorsa gestirà attività che vanno dall'amministrazione alla pianificazione, supportando cost control e forecasting esterni di costi.

Si richiede laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale (o equivalente) e inglese minimo B2. Esperienza 1–2 anni in Supply Chain e conoscenze su pianificazione MPS/MRP sono preferite. Retribuzione annua lorda tra 33.000 e 38.000 euro.

• Minima 1–2 anni di esperienza nella Supply Chain.
• Conoscenze di pianificazione e controllo costi.
• Competenze in gestione fornitori e logistica.

Mansioni

• Emettere stime dei costi esterni per tender complessi.
• Pianificare e forecasting costi esterni durante l’esecuzione di progetto.
• Fornire input di supply chain per definire piano di progetto integrato.
• Disporre documenti di pianificazione/logistica ai team di progetto.
• Coordinare attività di pianificazione tra entità legali per forniture.
• Gestire attività di lancio produzione (transfer/PO/advance demand).
• Richiedere acquisti di materiali/servizi/outsourcing; assicurare consegna.
• Issuing di documentazione logistica e piano di procurement.
• Monitorare fornitori/logistica e segnalare prestazioni vs contratti.
• Identificare azioni di mitigazione per ritardi o scostamenti.

Job Description

Hitachi Rail is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Materials Management Technician who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable performing a wide range of tasks, from administration to strategy. The position is based in Milano, Italy.

Accountabilities

• Ensure the issuance of an estimate of total external costs for highly complex tenders.


• Plan and forecast external costs (materials, services, packages, subcontractors) during the project execution phase in collaboration with the cost control office.


• Provide all supply chain inputs necessary to define and issue the integrated project plan.


• Issue and distribute planning and logistics documents (Logistics Plan, MPS, Inventory Report, etc.) to project teams.


• Coordinate all planning and logistics activities between legal entities involved in the project to ensure delivery of project materials (including spare parts and repair of failed materials) in line with project requirements.


• Manage production launch activities (transfer orders, purchase orders, advance demand, etc.) in line with project planning.


• Issue purchase requests for all materials, external services, packages, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.


• Ensure issuance of supplier logistics and supply planning documentation in line with contractual requirements (Performance Guarantee, Transport Plan, Procurement Plan, Manufacturing Plan, etc.).


• Monitor and report supplier performance (including logistics suppliers) in terms of production, FAT, delivery times, shipping, warehouse management, and compliance with contractual requirements.


• Identify and implement mitigation actions in case of risks or misalignments with supplier performance (e.g. delays in FAT or deliveries).

Alla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello B1, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.

Proponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 33.000 € e 38.000 €.
