Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. seeks a Technology Quality Management Methods Leader to drive the Integrated Management System across the High Voltage Technology organization. You will oversee audits, governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliant quality practices across R&D, GPS, and Technology Centers.

The role involves metric-driven governance, aerospace-regulated quality awareness, and global collaboration to deliver safe, reliable products.

• Engineering degree with strong IMS/QMS experience in complex industrial environments.
• Knowledge of ISO certification, auditing practices, and regulatory standards.
• Experience leading audits and managing non-conformities with corrective actions.
• Experience in process performance analytics and cross-functional standardization.

• Lead development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Technology IMS.
• Standardize IMS processes across R&D, GPS, and Technology Centers with governance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, analyze findings, drive corrective actions.
