Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. in Milan is seeking a BU Risk Management Analyst to support the BU Risk Manager in evaluating financial, operational, and strategic risks across multiple business units.

The role focuses on risk assessments, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to protect company assets and ensure compliance. You will work with Sales, Legal, and Finance, contribute to AI-driven risk insights, and participate in audits while staying ahead of regulatory changes and industry

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• 2+ years in risk management, internal audit, or compliance within a multinational.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate risk clearly to varied audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and risk management tools; bilingual Italian/English preferred.
