Job summary

NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) in Italy seeks a maintenance specialist to support deployable water treatment and power distribution systems. You will apply your field maintenance experience and strong technical knowledge to keep temporary installations operational.

Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is desirable. A valid category B driving license and solid health and safety understanding are required for this hands-on role in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Complete technical secondary school or equivalent education.
• Not less than five years of experience in deployable operations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with at least five years of maintenance experience on water treatment systems.
• Professional knowledge of electric/electronic systems related to water treatment equipment.
• Good digital literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in field maintenance and temporary installations, waste and potable water stations, and power distribution systems.
• Valid category "B" driving license.
• Knowledge of basic Health and Safety rules for a maintenance environment.
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of French desirable.

• Complete technical secondary school or equivalent education.
• Not less than five years of experience in deployable operations normally acquired in the Agency or in a similar organisation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with at least five years of experience in maintenance of Water Treatment Systems, sewage treatment system, etc.
• Professional knowledge of Electric/Electronic systems related to Water Treatment Equipment.
• Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience in field maintenance and in operating and maintaining temporary installations, waste and potable water stations and power distribution systems.
• Valid category "B" driving license.
• Knowledge of the basic Health and Safety rules applicable for a Maintenance Working Environment.
• NATO's two official languages are English and French. The work of this post is mainly conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential and working knowledge of French is desirable.
