Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in software development.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams and manage cross-functional work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex systems.
• Deep knowledge of either backend or frontend, with basic knowledge of the other side.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend microservices and/or frontend client-side code.
• Collaborate with team members to plan, model, and improve code quality and architecture.
• Maintain living documentation and high-quality comments to facilitate collaboration.
• Continuously evaluate and improve design choices across projects.
