Mansioni

• Guidare progetti di sviluppo per nuovi prodotti, dall'ideazione all'industrializzazione e SOP.
• Definire specifiche tecniche ed estetiche con Sales e Marketing.
• Coordinare fornitori per tooling, stampi, matrici ed elementi elettronici.
• Supervisionare QA e certificazioni per i nuovi prodotti.
• Supportare Marketing nei lanci e materiali promozionali.
• Assicurare assistenza tecnica onsite durante installazione e collaudo.
• Creare e mantenere documentazione tecnica.
• Collaborare con ingegneria, installatori e cantieri per risoluzione problemi.
• Agire come punto di riferimento tecnico per reclami e interventi urgenti.

This role combines technical customer support, new product development, and supplier coordination. The position requires strong technical expertise, solid project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure product reliability, quality, and innovation.

The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the product lifecycle, supporting both existing solutions and the development of new models for international markets.

Key Responsibilities

New Product Development

• Lead development projects for new products, from concept definition through industrialization and start of production (SOP).
• Define technical specifications and aesthetic requirements in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Coordinate and manage suppliers involved in tooling, molds, matrices, and electronic components.
• Oversee quality assurance activities and certification processes for new products.
• Provide technical support to Marketing for product launches, presentations, and promotional materials.

Technical Customer Support

• Provide on-site technical assistance and training during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, guidelines, and multimedia content (e.g., repair or maintenance videos).
• Collaborate with engineering teams, installers, and shipyards to solve complex integration and application issues.
• Act as a technical point of reference for complex claims, critical interventions, and urgent field issues.

Requisiti: Previous experience and passion for Yacht/MegaYacht IndustryProven experience in technical support and new product development roles.Solid technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems.Experience in supplier management, negotiation, and cost analysis.Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation.
