Michael Page International Italia S.r.l. cerca un Technical Support & Product Specialist per sostenere lo sviluppo di prodotti innovativi nel settore nautico. Il candidato ideale avrà esperienza nella gestione di fornitori e un forte background tecnico in sistemi meccanici/elettrici.

Il ruolo richiede fluenza in inglese e italiano e capacità di documentazione tecnica chiara e strutturata.

• Passione per l'industria Yacht/MegaYacht.
• Esperienza comprovata nel supporto tecnico e nello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti.
• Solido background tecnico in sistemi meccanici e/o elettrici.
• Capacità di gestione fornitori e analisi dei costi.
• Capacità di comunicazione e documentazione tecnica.

• Condurre progetti di sviluppo per nuovi prodotti.
• Definire specifiche tecniche in collaborazione con Sales e Marketing.
• Coordinare fornitori e garantire la qualità dei prodotti.
• Fornire supporto tecnico e formazione ai clienti.
• Creare e mantenere documentazione tecnica.

Technical Support & Product Specialist - Yacht/Megayacht

Market leader in marine products for OEM, yards and architects.

Offerta

The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the product lifecycle, supporting both existing solutions and the development of new models for international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development projects for new products, from concept definition through industrialization and start of production (SOP).
• Define technical specifications and aesthetic requirements in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Coordinate and manage suppliers involved in tooling, molds, matrices, and electronic components.
• Oversee quality assurance activities and certification processes for new products.
• Provide technical support to Marketing for product launches, presentations, and promotional materials.

Technical Customer Support

• Provide on-site technical assistance and training during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, guidelines, and multimedia content (repair or maintenance videos).
• Collaborate with engineering teams, installers, and shipyards to solve complex integration and application issues.
• Act as a technical point of reference for complex claims, critical interventions, and urgent field issues.

Competenze ed esperienza

• Previous experience and passion for Yacht/MegaYacht Industry
• Proven experience in technical support and new product development roles.
• Solid technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Experience in supplier management, negotiation, and cost analysis.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation.
