We're looking for a Technical Support Expert to become a key reference for our Condensate Management portfolio, supporting products such as drains and oil-water separators. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of service, engineering, product development, and customer success, helping us deliver exceptional reliability and performance worldwide.

You will be the voice of the field within our development teams, transforming customer feedback into product improvements and contributing directly to the design of future solutions.

Your expertise will help customers operate more efficiently, support our service network globally, and ensure our products continue to set the benchmark for quality and reliability.

What you'll do

Solve the toughest technical challenges

  • Act as the highest level of technical support for complex customer issues.
  • Support local service specialists around the world and occasionally travel on-site when required.
  • Help customers quickly return to optimal operation.

Drive continuous product improvement

  • Analyze warranty claims, field failures, and connected equipment data.
  • Identify trends and root causes.
  • Lead discussions that improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Influence the products of tomorrow

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and development teams.
  • Ensure serviceability, reliability, and lifecycle cost considerations are embedded from the earliest design stages.
  • Represent the service perspective in key development projects.

Share knowledge globally

  • Create technical training programs, troubleshooting tools, and learning content.
  • Empower service teams worldwide with the knowledge they need to succeed.

Work across functions and cultures

  • Partner with colleagues in engineering, production, marketing, and service.
  • Collaborate in an international environment where ideas and innovation are encouraged.
What makes you successfull

You likely have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach.
  • The drive to continuously learn and develop.

Experience with compressed air systems or air treatment products is appreciated, but your willingness to learn and grow is what truly matters.

Compensation & Benefit
  • Permanent contract
  • White-collar employee, Level B2, National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry
  • The offered salary starts from€45,000 gross per year, with a higher starting point available for candidates bringing relevant experience and expertise
