Lely Cluster Italia, con sede a Colturano (MI), cerca un Addetto al servizio tecnico per la mungitura automatica e la gestione software. Svilupperai competenze rivolte ai centri Lely, supportando installazioni, manutenzione e miglioramenti continui.

Requisiti: diploma tecnico o laurea in discipline correlate, conoscenza elettrica, inglese fluente e capacità di lavorare con hardware e software. Ruolo a tempo pieno, sede Colturano, contesto internazionale e formazione continua tramite Lely Academy.

Competenze

• Possesso di un Diploma tecnico in ingegneria elettrica/elettronica/Meccatronica/Automazione o laurea equivalente.
• Buona comprensione di principi elettrici e troubleshooting.
• Livello di inglese fluente sia parlato che scritto.
• Interesse a lavorare con hardware e software.
• Conoscenza di strumenti diagnostici digitali è un plus.

Mansioni

• Fornire supporto tecnico di secondo livello ai tecnici Lely Center via telefono, remoto e gestione ticket.
• Conferire corsi di formazione tecnica e workshop pratici per i tecnici.
• Supportare installazione, messa in servizio e risoluzione problemi di robotica da mungitura e software di gestione del bestiame.
• Visitare le aziende agricole per audit tecnici e supportare interventi critici.
• Testare e validare nuovi prodotti e fornire feedback strutturato per miglioramenti.
• Condividere conoscenze e best practice tra la rete Lely Centers.
• Partecipare mensilmente all'helpdesk 24/7 per supporto sul campo.
• Viaggi occasionali al Campus Lely nei Paesi Bassi o in altri Cluster.

As a Technical Service Support for Milking, you will be the technical expert for our automatic milking robots. Your role is to support our Lely Centers in delivering excellent technical service, developing their expertise and ensuring our solutions perform at their best. By working closely with technicians, customers and Lely International, you will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

What will you do?

• Provide second-line technical support to Lely Center technicians by resolving complex technical issues through phone, remote support and ticket management.
• Deliver technical training courses and hands-on workshops to help Lely Center technicians develop their knowledge and skills.
• Support the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of Lely milking robots and herd management software when additional technical expertise is required.
• Visit farms to perform technical audits, validate solutions in the field and support technicians during critical interventions.
• Test and validate new products, features and technical solutions, providing structured feedback to Lely International to support continuous improvement.
• Share technical knowledge and best practices across the network of Lely Centers.
• You monthly participate in the hotline (24/7), providing technical support to the field technicians.
• Occasionally travel to the Lely Campus in the Netherlands or to other Clusters for training, meetings and international projects.

Qualifiche

We would like you to apply if you

• Hold a Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science or a related field, with at least 2–3 years of experience in a technical service or engineering role, or hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline where prior work experience is not required.
• Have a good understanding of electrical principles and troubleshooting.
• Speak and write fluent English.
• Enjoy working with both hardware and software technologies.
• Are familiar with digital tools and diagnostic applications.
• Basic knowledge of a programming language is considered a plus.
• Knowledge of the agricultural sector or dairy farming is an advantage, but not essential.
