Lely is seeking a Technical Service Support for Milking in Colturano (Milano), Italy. You will be the technical expert supporting Lely Centers with milking robots and herd management software, driving excellent service, and continuous product improvement.

The role requires a Technical Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with 2–3 years in a technical service role or relevant education. English fluency is essential, and travel to Netherlands or other clusters may be required.

Competenze

• Hold a Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science or a related field, with 2–3 years in technical service or engineering, or a Bachelor's degree with no prior work experience required.
• Good understanding of electrical principles and troubleshooting.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Enjoy working with both hardware and software technologies.
• Familiar with digital tools and diagnostic applications.
• Basic knowledge of a programming language is a plus.
• Knowledge of agriculture or dairy farming is advantageous but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide second-line technical support to Lely Center technicians via phone, remote support and ticket management.
• Deliver technical training courses and hands-on workshops to Lely Centers.
• Assist with installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of milking robots and herd management software as needed.
• Visit farms to perform technical audits and support technicians during interventions.
• Test and validate new products; provide feedback to improve solutions.
• Share technical knowledge across Lely Centers network.
• Participate in the 24/7 hotline and support field technicians monthly.
• Occasionally travel to the Lely Campus in the Netherlands or other clusters for training and meetings.
