Do IT Now cerca uno Technical Sales Specialist per supportare il team di vendita nelle fasi iniziali di selezione e configurazione dei prodotti hardware.

Collabora con Marketing, Vendite e Amministrazione, gestisce ordini, preventivi tecnici e configurazioni tramite i vendor partner; identifica nuovi clienti e cura i rapporti. La posizione è ibrida a Collegno (TO) con possibilità di lavoro da remoto dopo la formazione e contratto a tempo pieno.

Qualifications

• Diploma di scuola superiore preferibilmente IT.
• Esperienza di 1–2 anni in ruoli similari.
• Buona conoscenza IT: networking, Linux, assemblaggio PC/Server.
• Competenza su Office, in particolare Excel.
• Inglese minimo B1.
• Italiano minimo C1.
• Ottime capacità comunicative, interpersonali e negoziali.
• Spirito di problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborare con Marketing, Vendite e Amministrazione.
• Gestire trasmissione dati di fatturazione e controlli periodici.
• Gestire attività amministrative relative a fornitori, clienti e partner.
• Inserire ordini di acquisto ai fornitori.
• Supportare i clienti nell’individuare prodotti idonei.
• Supportare le attività di vendita per massimizzare la soddisfazione del cliente.
• Creare configurazioni hardware e soluzioni software tramite vendor/partner.
• Redigere preventivi tecnici dettagliati.
• Identificare potenziali nuovi clienti e gestire primo contatto.
• Fornire supporto tecnico continuo e informazioni sui prodotti.

Job Definition

Do IT Now is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to support the Sales team during the initial phases of selecting and configuring the company’s hardware products.

Activities

Collaboration and Administration:

• Actively collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Administration departments.
• Manage the transmission of billing data, periodic controls, and the correct association of invoices/clients.
• Manage administrative activities related to suppliers, clients, and partners.
• Enter purchase orders to suppliers.

Support and Sales:

• Support clients in identifying the most suitable products for their needs.
• Assist the Sales team in sales activities to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Configuration and Quotations:

• Create hardware configurations and software solutions through the portals of various vendors and partners.
• Draft detailed technical quotations.

Business Development and Customer Care:

• Identify potential new clients and manage the first contact, building positive and
• continuous relationships.
• Provide constant technical support and in-depth information on the company’s products.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma preferably in the IT field.
• Previous experience of at least 1/2 years in similar roles.
• Good IT knowledge: networking, Linux distributions, theoretical/practical knowledge of PC/server assembly.
• Fair knowledge of the Office suite – particularly Excel.
• English language knowledge at least B1.
• Italian language knowledge at least C1/mother tongue.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving attitude.
