Sidel is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to empower the Beverages & Beer portfolio and drive opportunities across the sales network in Parma, Italy. You will support front-line teams with portfolio expertise and help train the sales force on existing or new product lines.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, provide market insights, and assist in developing compelling business cases and field tests to fuel growth.

• Be in contact with the Sales network and monitor business opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings to support front-line teams with portfolio expertise.
• Ensure training of Sales forces on portfolio and new product lines.
• Maintain close contact with Product Managers and provide input for market needs.
• Support Product Development with business cases and field test research.
• Collect competitive intelligence and share insights within the organization.
• Collaborate on value selling tools and sales collateral to optimize quotations.
