In this role you drive sales of textile specialty chemicals across Italy, building new business and strengthening key relationships. You work closely with textile manufacturers and finishers, supporting trials and implementation with technical teams. You will manage the full sales cycle and contribute to the Italian commercial strategy. The position combines technical consulting with business development in a international group.

• Significant experience in B2B technical sales within the textile specialty chemicals industry
• Sound knowledge of textile manufacturing, processing, dyeing, finishing or functional-treatment applications
• Established network within the Italian textile industry (advantage)
• Proven track record in developing and managing industrial customers
• Strong new-business development capabilities and entrepreneurial approach
• Ability to sell technical, value-added chemical solutions
• Excellent communication, relationship-management and negotiation skills
• Credibility with technical and commercial stakeholders
• Ability to work independently within an international organisation
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Italy and occasionally to other European locations
