Cavotec in Poreta, Italy seeks a Proposal & Project Engineer to bridge engineering and business development. You will prepare, coordinate, and submit technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.

The role offers technical sales support through the tender cycle, collaboration with sales and CoE, and opportunities to influence orders from enquiry to delivery while developing your career in a multinational setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field strongly desired.
• 2+ years in technical sales, proposal engineering or application engineering in B2B.
• Fluent English written and spoken; Italian is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support projects through the full cycle with product and application knowledge.
• Provide technical sales support from inquiry to quotation and handover to fulfilment.
• Assist with costing and lead-time estimation for assigned product groups.
• Support sales team and CoE during tender phase and order processing.
• Assist with supplier selection and customer acceptance (FAT, SAT, O&M Manual).
• Handover to services and post-delivery support.
