A leading civil engineering company is looking for a Technical Procurement Coordinator in Milan/Rome. The role involves planning and coordinating procurement processes during tenders. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 8 years of experience in relevant fields, and proficiency in English. This is a full-time position with a focus on cross-functional team collaboration and supplier engagement.

Competenze

• At least 8 years of previous work experience in construction or related fields.
• Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.
• International experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Plan and track the RFQ process during the tender phase.
• Develop the list of Work Packages in line with execution strategy.
• Align received offers and provide timely feedback to market clarification requests.

Proficiency in English

Strong organizational skills

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
