About The Role

We are looking for a Pre‑Sales Technical role that will work in the specific solution/technology area of VMware/Lenovo. The person will be the subject‑matter expert working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to support the design and configuration of vendor solutions.
• Use internal and vendor tools to generate accurate bill of materials on a timely basis.
• Respond quickly to queries or customer care issues.
• Educate internal and external audiences about products/technologies.
• Understand and apply vendor promotions.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 2–3 years of experience.
• Relevant experience in Lenovo/VMware technologies is ideal.
• Fluent in Italian; conversational in English.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, priority management and planning skills.
• IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition and End User desirable.
