Proposition Management Search is seeking a Senior Maintenance & Engineering Leader to head a 300-employee site, driving reliability, uptime and continuous improvement in a multinational manufacturing environment focused on operational excellence.

You will align with Production, manage capital projects and budgets, and build a high-performing team while ensuring Health, Safety & Compliance and regulatory adherence in a demanding packaging/manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable technical qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing; packaging industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, reliability, root cause analysis, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing and CI methodologies.
• Experience managing maintenance projects, capital investments, budgets and external contractors.
• Good command of English.
