TTI, Inc. - Europe in Italy is seeking a Technical Development Manager for Passives, Magnetic & Protection.

You will focus on demand creation in Southern Europe, collaborating with sales and suppliers to design-in passive components, and supporting customers' engineering needs. We expect 5+ years of design-in/technical support experience in electronics, a related degree, and strong English/Italian communication.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years' experience with design-in and providing technical support in electronics
• University degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Extensive knowledge of Passives, Magnetic & Protection components
• RF and Sensor knowledge advantageous
• Experience in new business identification and project management
• Good verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English and Italian
• Willingness to travel with a valid driver's license
• Strong teamwork and willingness to work from home
• MS Office and related applications knowledge

Location: Italy

Your Responsibilities Include

• Focusing on demand creation in Southern Europe, reporting to the Regional Technical Manager for Southern Europe and France
• Driving visit activity to customer engineering departments and technically support customers
• Working closely with our sales team and suppliers to design-in Passives components
• Maintaining and updating key project activities
• Understanding customer application requirements and related industry trends
• Implementing and executing TTI and supplier product strategy
• Assisting and developing training and promotional materials for key design products

What You Bring To Us

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience with design-in and providing technical support within the electronics market as either customer, distributor, or manufacturer
• University degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Extensive knowledge of Passives, Magnetic & Protection components
• RF and Sensor components knowledge would be of advantage
• Experience in new business identification and project management with strong organizational skills
• Good verbal / written communications and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and Italian are required
• Willingness to travel and in possession of a valid driver\'s license
• Strong teamwork and communication skills and motivated to work from a home office
• Good Microsoft Office knowledge and other relevant applications
