Murrplastik Italia cerca un Technical Application Specialist per supportare i clienti con competenze tecniche e interazione diretta. Il ruolo prevede attività di pre- e post-vendita, analisi di requisiti applicativi e supporto nella scelta di soluzioni adeguate.

Si richiede diploma tecnico o laurea, conoscenze di automazione industriale e disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia. Sede operativa a Verona, con orari flessibili e interesse per progetti internazionali.

Competenze

• Diploma tecnico o laurea equivalente nel campo dell’automazione industriale.
• Profilo orientato al cliente con buone capacità comunicative.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare e a interfacciarsi con clienti e reparto tecnico.

Mansioni

• Forniere supporto tecnico ai clienti durante il processo di pre- e post-vendita.
• Visitare i clienti in tutta Italia per comprendere requisiti tecnici e applicativi.
• Analizzare e risolvere sfide tecniche e di applicazione.
• Supportare nella selezione di prodotti e soluzioni adeguate.
• Collaborare con il Dipartimento Tecnico e contribuire ai progetti dei clienti.
• Supportare il back office con preventivi e calcoli tecnici.
• Fare da collante tra clienti, team tecnico e sede internazionale.
• Viaggiare regolarmente in Italia per incontrare i clienti e supportare progetti onsite.

We are a multinational company operating in the field of industrial automation and are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented professional to join our team in Verona, Italy.

In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with direct customer interaction, supporting our customers before and after the sale and helping them find the right solutions for their applications.

Your Tasks

• Provide technical support to customers during the pre- and post-sales process
• Visit customers across Italy to understand their technical and application requirements
• Analyze and resolve technical and application-related challenges
• Support customers in selecting suitable products and solutions
• Work closely with our existing Technical Department and contribute your expertise to customer projects
• Support the Back Office team with quotations and technical calculations
• Act as a link between customers, the technical team and our international headquarters
• Travel regularly within Italy to meet customers and support projects on site

Your Profile

• Technical diploma, degree or equivalent qualification
• Basic knowledge or experience in industrial automation
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
• Ability to understand technical requirements and develop practical solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a professional, reliable approach
• Willingness to travel throughout Italy
• Good command of English or German to communicate with our international headquarters
