Lever, Inc. is seeking a Technical Analyst based in Italy for a remote contract role focused on Windows Server infrastructure, server builds, migrations, and documentation.

You will support infrastructure projects, map applications, coordinate activities with project services and operations, and maintain clear technical documentation while communicating updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of professional experience working directly with Windows servers.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with strong documentation abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with storage, networking, and core infrastructure security is a plus.
• Previous data center or IT infrastructure migrations experience is advantageous.
• Project coordination experience is desirable.
• MCSE certification is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Analyst based in Italy.

This remote contract role is designed for an IT professional with hands-on Windows Server and infrastructure experience. You’ll support technical infrastructure projects involving server builds, migrations, application mapping, documentation, and project coordination. The role combines technical troubleshooting with analysis and structured communication to help ensure infrastructure initiatives progress smoothly. You’ll collaborate closely with project services, operations teams, and other stakeholders across the organization. Your ability to document technical information clearly and coordinate activities will be essential to successful project delivery. This is an opportunity to contribute to infrastructure transformation projects while expanding your experience across core IT environments.
