Stevanato Group is seeking a Technical Account Management Specialist to join the Technical Account team at our headquarters in Piombino Dese, Italy. You will deliver best-in-class pre- and post-sales services, address sales opportunities and resolve issues for assigned products and services.
The role requires an engineering or scientific degree, fluency in Italian and English, and 4+ years of relevant experience. Travel to customer sites is expected to ensure strong customer presence.
Competenze
- Engineering or scientific degree required.
- Fluent in Italian and English; French/German/Spanish a plus.
- +4 years in Technical Customer Support / R&D / Product Development.
- Strong customer focus, negotiation, problem solving, technical acumen and decision making.
Mansioni
- Support customers with best technical solutions for containers and devices.
- Act as technical consultant to detect unmet needs and propose solutions.
- Arrange on-site visits to promote SG solutions and resolve technical issues.
- Manage requests for already marketed products as single point of contact.
