Stevanato Group cerca un Marketing Communications Specialist per il team Comunicazione in Italia. Il candidato supporterà la diffusione del piano di comunicazione globale creando contenuti coinvolgenti per aumentare consapevolezza tra gli interlocutori mirati e promuovere l portfolio strumenti e servizi.

Il ruolo prevede la pianificazione ed esecuzione di attività di marketing integrate, campagne prodotto, eventi e lead generation, in collaborazione con management, vendite e stakeholder

Competenze

• Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, Business, Life Sciences o settore correlato.
• Esperienza B2B internazionale di almeno 3 anni in marketing/comunicazione industriale o life sciences.

Mansioni

• Sostenere la creazione e diffusione di messaggi su canali multipli in linea con branding e obiettivi.
• Collaborare con product management, sales ed esperti per contenuti tecnici e di marketing ( brochure, presentazioni, white papers, sito, campagne email).
• Pianificare e monitorare campagne integrate, lanci prodotto, eventi, webinar, campagne digitali e lead generation.
• Creare materiali di vendita e comunicazione, in collaborazione con risorse interne e agenzie.
• Supportare iniziative aziendali, milestone e investimenti, allineando content con mercati locali.

Stevanato Group is one of the world's largest providers of integrated containment and delivery solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry. We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Communication Team in Italy. The candidate will play an important role in deploying Stevanato Group's global Communication plan by creating captivating, engaging communications to boost awareness and interest among the target audience.

The candidate will be required to plan and execute integrated marketing and communications activities, with a focus on promoting the company's equipment portfolio and related services across channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and dissemination of messaging across multiple channels, ensuring consistency with corporate branding and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and subject matter experts to develop compelling technical and marketing content, including brochures, presentations, articles, white papers, website copy, email campaigns, and customer success stories.
• Assist in the planning, deployment, and performance monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, trade media, events, webinars, digital campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, product sheets, and promotional collateral, working closely with internal resources and external agencies.
• Support the communication and promotion of corporate initiatives, company milestones, manufacturing facilities, innovation programs, and strategic investments.
• Work closely with international stakeholders and regional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives and adaptation of content to local market needs, also attending fairs and events.
• Ensure all communication materials comply with corporate guidelines, brand standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Act as a collaborative partner across functions, supporting strategic projects and communication initiatives as needed.

Requirements for application

• Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Languages: Italian native / English proficient
• Experience: at least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing and communications in an international and cross-functional environment, preferably in engineering, industrial automation, life sciences, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Skills: content development and storytelling skills; project management and stakeholder management abilities; good understanding of integrated marketing campaigns; customer-oriented mindset; ability to work effectively with c-level executives
• Travel: up to 20%

For this role, the expected compensation range starts from € 33,000. The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including geographic location, professional experience, education, and skill level.
