Innova S.p.A. in Trieste seeks a Technical Account Specialist (Sales Technician) to provide product information and training to clients, ensuring timely responses and expert guidance.

The role involves organizing customer training sessions and gathering feedback to improve solutions in cybersecurity and hardware/software offerings. The position requires English proficiency, basic electronics and networking knowledge, and willingness to travel abroad.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a technical diploma in Computer Science or Electronics.
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of a second foreign language is preferred (French, German, Spanish).
• Willingness to travel abroad.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide information and training to clients on products and their usage, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Plan and organize training courses dedicated to customers.
• Collect information on client needs and feedback regarding products.
• Provide support in resolving technical issues related to products.
• Plan and continuously manage product updates (software, firmware, and infrastructure components).

Technical Skills and Soft Skills

• Basic knowledge of electronics and telecommunications.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking.
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems, Windows operating systems, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SQL relational database queries.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative and problem-solving attitude.
• Autonomy in problem-solving, even under stress/emergency conditions.
• Discretion and confidentiality in client relations.
• Willingness to travel abroad.

Education
