Akamai in Terni, Umbria, is seeking a Technical Account Manager II for API Security to own technical relationships from onboarding through renewal, delivering demos and presentations to executives and technical staff. You’ll translate complex concepts, adapt to evolving environments, and map customer needs to secure, scalable API and app security solutions.

This hands-on, cross-functional role shapes security outcomes for large customers and requires strong English communication and deep API

In this role you are a technical advocate helping enterprise customers maximize value from Akamai’s security platform. You own technical relationships from onboarding to renewal and lead high-impact demos and presentations for diverse audiences. You’ll translate complex concepts for executives and technical staff, adapt to evolving environments, and map customer needs to secure, scalable API and app security solutions. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes security outcomes for large customers.
