Akamai is seeking a Technical Account Manager II for API Security in Monza, Lombardy, Italy. You will own the technical relationship with enterprise customers from onboarding through renewal, delivering impactful security demos and presentations for diverse audiences.

You will translate complex concepts for executives and technical teams, adapt to evolving environments, and map customer needs to secure, scalable API and app security solutions.

In this role you are a technical advocate helping enterprise customers maximize value from Akamai’s security platform. You own technical relationships from onboarding to renewal and lead high-impact demos and presentations for diverse audiences. You’ll translate complex concepts for executives and technical staff, adapt to evolving environments, and map customer needs to secure, scalable API and app security solutions. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes security outcomes for large customers.
