Job summary

STMicroelectronics Italia seeks a scientist to contribute to modeling and TCAD simulation of elementary components in smart-power technologies, with a strong focus on reliability. Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of semiconductor physics and physics of semiconductor devices.
Experience in TCAD simulation, numerical modeling and data science.
Business proficiency in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
