The role requires implementing ATS/HRIS, collaborating with multiple departments, and monitoring KPIs to drive data-driven improvements for a distributed workforce.

Competenze

• Experience managing talent operations or HR technology implementations in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and drive process optimization.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to align hiring strategies.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to talent acquisition and data privacy regulations.
