Loacker is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the recruiting process end-to-end and partner with hiring managers across our Italy locations, including Unterinn, Bolzano and Vintl. You will actively source candidates, conduct interviews, and support onboarding while contributing to employer branding and HR IT projects.

The role requires a degree in business or psychology and hands-on recruiting experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in HR / recruiting.
• Experience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, discretion, a structured working style, and enthusiasm for learning new things and actively shaping processes.
• Very good command of German, Italian, and English.
• Willingness to travel between Unterinn, Bolzano, and Vintl.

Mansioni

• End-to-end ownership of the recruiting process and responsibility for creating a positive candidate experience — from needs clarification and active sourcing through to contract signing.
• Close collaboration with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Active candidate sourcing via various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals).
• Conducting interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) and performing structured candidate assessments.
• Supporting employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruiting events.
• Coordinating and supporting the onboarding process for new employees.
• Ownership and coordination of cross-functional HR and recruiting projects.
• Supporting the implementation of IT projects within the HR / recruiting environment.
• Analysis and continuous optimization of recruiting processes and tools.
