The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in recruitment, expertise in sourcing tools, and fluency in English. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the opportunity is remote for candidates based in specific regions of Italy.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist belonging to the protected categories (Law 68 / 99), based in Lombardy. The selected candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process across our European and US offices, supporting hiring managers in defining requirements, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The role also includes contributions to employer branding initiatives and early talent projects.
Location: Remote working, eligible only for candidates based in Lombardia, Emilia Romagna and Veneto, Italy.
