Job summary

Prima is hiring a 6‑month internship in the People department to assist the Talent Acquisition team. You will help define job descriptions, screen applications, perform active sourcing, participate in interviews, and support data-driven recruitment efforts across three countries in a dynamic, global team.

The role requires proactivity, teamwork, Italian and English proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Have you ever wanted to work in the People department and contribute to the company's growth? Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for someone to join us for an initial 6-month internship to help us achieve our ambitious growth goals for the coming years.

You’ll become part of a global team, collaborating with colleagues from all our countries, with a specific focus on recruiting activities for all three of our countries. You’ll work in a team dedicated to company growth and contribute to hiring new Prima People.

Selected candidates will be guided and trained by our experts to acquire the skills needed to manage a full recruitment process, from the initial job description definition to hiring the ideal person for each role.

What You’ll Do

• Take part in defining and updating our job descriptions;
• Handle the screening of incoming applications;
• Conduct active headhunting on LinkedIn;
• Participate in interviews;
• Collaborate on the management and improvement of our recruitment processes;
• Support candidates throughout their selection experience;
• Assist with data-driven analyses and reporting that support our strategies;
• Contribute to projects and campaigns when needed.

The internship will last 6 months, with the possibility of extension. It offers a monthly compensation of €1,000 and meal vouchers worth €10 per working day, applicable both when working from home and in the office.
