Job summary

Loro Piana invites a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to lead recruitment for managerial and executive roles from HQ and to strengthen the employer brand across key talent touchpoints. You will partner with HR teams and external partners to attract top talent in Italy.

The role blends talent acquisition, employer branding initiatives, and reporting. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage relationships with headhunters, monitor KPIs, and support the LinkedIn strategy while

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, international environment preferred.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for managerial and executive roles within the HQ Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Team.
• Develop sourcing strategies, talent mappings and pipelines using professional networks and external market intel.
• Manage relationships with external headhunters and ensure excellent candidate experience.
• Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives, including partnerships with schools and universities and LinkedIn strategy.
• Oversee recruitment reporting, monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable recommendations.
