Emerson is seeking a Systems Engineering Leader based in Lugagnano Val d'Arda, Italy. You will lead systems engineering activities for Transfer, On/Off (TOV) and C-Ball valve lines throughout the lifecycle, guiding NPD, NTD, config management, sustaining engineering and customer-focused projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level or higher engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, energy, chemical or related technical discipline.
• Significant systems engineering, project engineering, mechanical design or related leadership experience.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed/global engineering teams.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with structured methodologies (FMEA, RCA).

• Provide technical leadership for programs and projects as primary technical contact for stakeholders.
• Translate customer and business needs into system requirements, architectures and plans.
• Lead MBSE activities including concept development and architecture evaluation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives, milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee architecture, interfaces, requirements allocation, verification and validation.
• Ensure compliance with processes and standards; manage risk and mitigation.
• Communicate project status and technical decisions to leadership and stakeholders.

• Support manufacturing, quality, testing and documentation activities as needed.
