Agap2 Italia è alla ricerca di un Ground Segment System Engineer con almeno 5 anni di esperienza per ruoli chiave in progetti LE0. La posizione prevede coordinamento di team internazionali, definizione architetture e gestione fornitori HW/SW, con attenzione a QA e integrità di sistema.

Si lavora su sedi in Roma o Bari con contratto permanente; l’azienda offre formazione continua e opportunità di crescita in progetti altamente tecnici.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Aerospaziale e almeno 5 anni di esperienza in GS per missioni LEO.
• Conoscenza DOORS e degli strumenti MBSE.
• Capacità di coordinare team internazionali e gestione fornitori HW/SW.
• Ottima capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale in inglese.

Mansioni

• Coordinare il team GS per design, preparazione ed esecuzione.
• Definire e giustificare l’architettura GS dall’idea al progetto dettagliato.
• Verificare budget e performance GS e monitorare ciclo di vita.
• Collaborare con partner e subappaltatori durante progettazione e verifica.
• Supportare l’ OPS Manager in validazione operativa, LEOP e commissioning.

Ground Segment System Engineer

We are looking for a Ground Segment System Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the field of Ground Segment Engineering activities preparation, execution and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of the GS Engineering team GS design, preparation and execution
• Definition and justification GS architecture, from concept to detailed design phase
• Definition of and verification of the GS engineering budgets and performances
• Coordination of internal development teams/subcontractors during the design, development, and acceptance phases of GS subsystems
• Coordination with the OPS Manager during the operational validation, LEOP and commissioning and phases to address, solve GS issues and to maintain GS architecture baseline

Requirements

• Master degree or comparable in Aerospace Engineering
• Professional experience of at least 5 years of experience in GS Engineering for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) missions
• Sound knowledge of DOORS
• Sound knowledge of UML/SysML and MBSE tools
• Experience with coordinating a team, he/she shall have good interpersonal, reporting and communication skills and a proactive attitude to problem solving
• Experience with coordinating partners from different companies in an international project
• Experience in technical follow up of HW/SW procurement within the GS architecture
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Sound knowledge of ground system engineering processes, and ground system and software life cycles
