VCUBE S.r.l. – a SYS-DAT Group company based in Reggio Emilia – is looking for a Systems Engineer with experience in disaster recovery and business continuity technologies and expertise in systems automation to join the team.

The role requires proven experience as a systems administrator in Windows or Linux, strong backup knowledge, and familiarity with storage concepts, VMware, Citrix, and HA environments. English proficiency is valued.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a systems administrator in a Windows or Linux environment, preferably in an enterprise setting.
• Knowledge in the Field of Backup.
• Understanding of storage concepts (data replication, snapshots, restores).
• Proven experience using virtual platforms such as VMware and Citrix.
• Experience in configuring and testing backups in a high-availability (HA) environment.
• Proven experience with automation tools such as Ansible and PowerShell.

We are looking for a Systems Engineer with experience in disaster recovery and business continuity technologies and expertise in systems automation who would like to join our team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a systems administrator in a Windows or Linux environment, preferably in an enterprise setting
• Knowledge in the Field of Backup
• Understanding of storage concepts ( data replication, snapshots, restores)
• Proven experience using virtual platforms such as VMware and Citrix
• Experience in configuring and testing backups in a high-availability ( HA ) environment
• Proven experience with automation tools such as Ansible and PowerShell

Knowledge of the following will also be considered a plus:

• EMC Storage, HDS
• EMC RecoverPoint
• VMware Site Recovery Manager
• VMware vSphere Replication
• Ansible
• Veeam
• Oracle Data Guard
• AlwaysOn Availability Groups (SQL Server)
