The Intern will join the Distribution and Asset Rotation (DAR) desk in Milan, supporting the syndicate team in an international, fast-paced environment. The role focuses on loan distribution for large and mid-cap corporates, LBOs, and asset-based finance projects.

You will prepare pitches, syndicate opinions for credit committees, and coordinate with sales and origination teams. Strong English skills and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint are required; Bloomberg knowledge is a plus, with preference

Competenze

Fluency in written and spoken English (French a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Knowledge of Bloomberg a plus for market data access.

Mansioni

Prepare internal presentations and pitches for the syndicate desk.
Prepare internal syndicated opinions for financing opportunities to credit committees.
Liaise with Sales, Origination, Coverage and other teams on syndicated transactions.
Prepare post-transaction memoranda and reporting.
Conduct market, benchmark and comparable analysis using Dealogic, Loanconnector, and internal tools.
Analyze key players in the Italian syndicated loan market for internal and client meetings.
