Job summary

RINA, based in Genoa, Italy, offers an Internship - Sustainability Technician to join the Certification Market Development Division. The role supports assessment of EmpCo Directive impacts and develops related services and strategies under supervision.

You will study regulations and standards, map sustainability activities across RINA, and participate in meetings, trainings, audits and projects to understand client needs and deliver value to the team.

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English.
• Fluent written and spoken Italian is mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Study regulations, market trends, standards and certification schemes related to sustainability.
• Map sustainability-related activities and services across RINA.
• Support development of conformity assessment schemes and methodologies aligned with the EmpCo Directive.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, audits and projects to understand client needs.
