Teleflex Surgical BU is seeking a Territory Manager for western Sicily to lead sales across minimally invasive and stoma care devices. You will be in close contact with surgeons and hospital departments, conducting training and demonstrations, and supporting corporate accounts across the region.

The role requires at least 3 years in laparoscopic sales and the ability to operate in operating rooms. Based in Palermo, you will drive promotional activities, analyze market potential, and report on

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience selling into the laparoscopic market.
• Degree in Healthcare or Nursing or equivalent.
• Experience supporting surgical procedures in the operating room.
• Established relationships with surgeons, urologists, gynecologists, and purchasing departments.
• English knowledge at B2 level or higher.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM and sales tools.

• Own the sales process and promote activities in your territory.
• Identify and support field sales through needs assessment, training, and follow-up.
• Maintain presence and support in the operating room.
• Analyze territory and market potential; track sales and reports.
• Report territory sales results weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Participate in scientific and promotional activities and trainings.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts to support customers with product information and training.
