Ferrero is seeking a Supply Order Specialist to lead the customer support function across Austria and Switzerland, coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain Logistics, Planning, and Trade Marketing. You will manage customer orders, optimize allocations, and oversee inventory planning to ensure high service levels.

English fluency is required, German is an advantage; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP APO is beneficial.

Competenze

• Educational background in Supply Chain Management or similar business studies and/or prior work experience in related areas (preferably in the FMCG sector)
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain dynamics
• Analytical skills using MS Office
• Knowledge and experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP APO are/is an advantage
• Collaborative team player; good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proactivity and open-mindedness
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage

The Supply Order Specialist is responsible for leading the customer support function within the Ferrero business, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, efficient service order management, and alignment with commercial and operational goals.

This role involves managing customer order portfolios in Austria and Switzerland in close collaboration with cross-functional departments such as Sales, Supply Chain Logistics and Planning, and Trade Marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage customer order processing, order reason coding, and external partners/3PLs shipment coordination.
• Optimize order allocation based on demand, stock availability, and business priorities.
• Oversee customer inventory and replenishment planning.

Customer Experience and Issue Resolution Management

• Ensure excellent customer service through effective issue resolution and cross-functional collaboration.

Master Data Management for Accurate Order Processing

• Ensure accurate master data management for seamless order processing and material mapping.

About You:
