Kanadevia Inova in Lombardia is seeking a Supplier Quality Expeditor to ensure supplier performance, quality compliance, and on-time delivery for international plant projects. You will track milestones, verify material traceability, supervise welding, plan exp editing, and share progress updates with stakeholders through project tools.

The role requires a technical diploma or degree, NDT Level 2 and welding cert, CAD reading, EN-ISO/ASME PED knowledge, and English at least B2; willingness to

Qualificações

• Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• NDT qualification (VT, PT, RT Level 2) and welding certification (IWE/EWE).
• Experience in plant construction and coatings field knowledge.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret manufacturing plans.
• Knowledge of EN-ISO, ASME-IX, PED codes; ITP inspections.
• MS Office and MS Project; Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015.
• English at least B2; willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsabilidades

• Track milestones and ensure suppliers meet time and quality commitments from PO through delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, verify material traceability, supervise welding activities, ensure compliance with ITPs and QCPs.
• Plan desk and field expediting, assign inspection resources, and distribute reports to stakeholders.
• Build strong supplier relationships, identify delays early, implement mitigation for on-time delivery.
• Prepare progress updates, verify inspection reports and certifications, track status in project tools.

Job Description

Join our team as a Supplier Quality Expeditor, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring supplier performance, quality compliance, and on-time delivery for international plant construction projects.

• Track progress against key milestones and ensure suppliers meet time and quality commitments from PO through delivery
• Conduct site inspections, verify material traceability, supervise welding activities, and ensure compliance with ITPs, QCPs, and ISO 9001
• Plan desk and field expediting, assign inspection resources, and distribute reports to stakeholders
• Build strong supplier relationships, identify delays early, and implement mitigation strategies to guarantee on-time delivery
• Prepare progress updates, verify inspection reports and certifications, and track status in project management tools

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree, NDT qualification (VT, PT, RT Level 2 minimum), and welding certification (IWE/EWE minimum)
• Background in plant construction (boiler, steel, apparatus, or pipeline) with coating field knowledge
• Read technical drawings, interpret manufacturing plans, conduct ITP inspections, and apply international codes (EN-ISO, ASME-IX, PED)
• MS Office, MS Project, progress monitoring tools, and Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015)
• English B2 minimum, intercultural competence, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel up to 100%

Compensation
