ABAC Air Compressors in Robassomero, Turin Area, Italy, is seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance supplier quality across engineering, sourcing and manufacturing teams. You will audit suppliers, drive corrective actions, and ensure that parts meet our quality requirements through the APQP process and robust control plans.
The role requires a master’s degree in engineering, experience in manufacturing/quality, and fluency in Italian with strong English as a plus.

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer who will bring expertise and passion to drive Supplier Quality to the next level, improving our overall Quality performances.
In our PC at Robassomero, in the Supplier & Incoming Goods Quality Team, directly reporting to Supplier Quality Team Leader, the SQA Engineer drives suppliers to improve their deliverables and to develop a quality-focused approach in the daily business, being the person in the Company who knows Supplier process strengths and weaknesses.
In collaboration with the Sourcing, Operations and Engineering Teams, the Supplier & Incoming Goods Quality Team ensures the purchased goods are supplied according to the Quality expectations and that all Suppliers are acting in agreement with the Company standards and specific requirements.
By cooperating with colleagues and external Business Partners you will take care of your own commodities, following up on Suppliers’ new parts qualification readiness related to advance project and prompt action and resolution related to non-conformities that might occur on current applications.
Excellent relational and communication skills are essential for the interaction with both external and internal stakeholders, together with a proactive and accountable approach.

Strong oral and written communication skills are also very important.

You will be working in Robassomero, Turin Area, Italy, at Abac Aria Compressa Product Company, part of Industrial Air Division.
Your job will require traveling both in Italy and abroad.
